Our Mission
ECS Exercise is more than a company. We are a network of individuals called to serve one another and those in need through dedication to charity and unity in our community. Our vision is to save lives, build happy, healthy families, spread hope, and show the community that our trainers will never give up on your dreams! We will be right by your side every workout!
We opened our doors on May 1st, 2015 with the vision of elevating every individual toward the highest performance in all aspects of their lives! To feel good not only physically, but emotionally too! We raise an average of $10,000 per year for local charities through our fundraiser exercise and wellness classes. We have worked alongside wonderful charity organizations such as Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation, Angels of Light Hudson Valley, Sparrows Nest Charity, LaGrange Knights of Columbus, Fostering Hope Together, Hope for Heroes, and Community Nexus to transform the lives of all those that need the light of hope to shine in their lives!
